Windows Vs Mac

We're all aware of the main differences of these operating systems, such as Windows being fairly customizable and you can install it on just about any computer you want versus Apple's insistent lock-down on hardware and software. We're also aware that Windows is a "buggy, virus-prone, badly-coded operating system", and Mac is a "revolutionary cutting-edge operating system that never gets infected with viruses", or so the fanboys and girls say. Personally, they both excel to different userbases. Windows is more of a corporate and gamer OS whereas Mac is more of a multimedia and ease-of-use OS. So why do the different fanbases attack each other on a daily basis and neither side "wins" the argument? Good question, though you forgot to save it in Word and mis-coded your Unix script, so good luck fixing that!

  1. I guess the lines get fuzzier all the time since the hardware is fairly similar now. In terms of practicality Windows would be better (lots of programs needed for Uni only run on Windowsmachines) but for video-editting I wished I had a Mac =/

  2. Oh, but you have to admit; Windows is, hands down, way better software.

  4. I will never like Mac, simply because I build computer hardware, software and web. Hands down, Mac is retarded -_-
